For regular (non-handmade) items, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, if the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected.

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing clear photos or video showing the damage or defect.
    • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
    • If you simply change your mind, the return shipping will be at your expense.

2. Handmade Products: No Returns or Refunds

Please note that handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

  • Damaged or Defective Handmade Products:
    • If your handmade product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos or video of the issue.
    • We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

3. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you. Please ensure that all details are accurate before confirming your order.

  • Condition of Items: All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
